Activity Record is designed to help you keep track of your daily activities - thus track
your energy expenditure for a 24-hour period. We recommend tracking both expenditure and
caloric intake - from your food records in order to see if these correlate. Keep in mind
that in order to maintain weight, calories coming in from food should approximate calories
being burned. In order to lose weight, a caloric deficit is necessary - meaning energy
expenditure is greater than caloric intake.
